Hey there, I’m Gloriana.
Language Lead, Localization Consultant, and Business Analyst helping global teams scale multilingual content.

I started my career translating content. Today, I help organizations solve the challenges behind multilingual communication—from delivering high-quality translations
to improving localization processes, technology,
and AI-enabled workflows.

Communication has always fascinated me.

It started with languages, cultures, and translation—the ability to help people understand each other across borders. Over time, that passion evolved into something broader: understanding how global organizations communicate at scale.

Today, I work at the intersection of language, technology, and business.

For more than nine years, I’ve helped organizations create multilingual experiences that are not only linguistically accurate, but also operationally effective. My work spans translation, localization strategy, business analysis, and process optimization, allowing me to support both the content itself and the systems behind it.

As a Language Lead and localization specialist, I help companies adapt content for international audiences while protecting brand voice, consistency, and cultural relevance. I’ve worked across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, financial services, technology, e-commerce, and life sciences, supporting everything from marketing campaigns and websites to highly regulated documentation and digital products.

As a consultant, I help organizations understand how their localization operations work—and how they can work better. I enjoy identifying bottlenecks, documenting complex processes, improving collaboration between teams, evaluating localization technology, and introducing AI in ways that genuinely improve quality and efficiency rather than simply adding new tools.

What I enjoy most is connecting the dots between people, processes, and technology. Because successful localization isn’t just about translating
content—it’s about building systems that help organizations communicate consistently as they grow.

Whether you need a trusted language partner, support scaling your localization operations, or guidance on integrating AI into multilingual content workflows, I’d be happy to help.
