I first met Mister Starley while traveling in the Netherlands, and it was love at first sight. His charming stories resonated with me in a way that felt deeply personal.
Behind this wonderful character is Jelmar Starkenburg, a creative mind with a passion for storytelling. We connected instantly, and as we talked, I learned that Mister Starley was originally inspired by Jelmar’s travels across Latin America. As a Costa Rican, I knew right away how important it was to make these stories accessible to Spanish-speaking readers.
